In most companies the important numbers live in five different systems. At the end of the month someone pulls them out by hand, collects them in Excel and turns them into a presentation. It takes hours, every month again, and because it is manual work, errors creep in.

Afterwards it looks like this: you open a dashboard in the morning and see where you stand, without waiting for the monthly report. Reporting happens on its own, and the time goes into decisions instead of copy and paste.

    CRM, ad accounts, shop, ERP, accounting, spreadsheets: everything flows automatically into one central database such as Snowflake. Cleanly modelled and documented, one source of truth instead of five versions of the same number.

  • Dashboards that are always current

    Key figures for management, marketing, sales or your own clients, in Power BI or a tool that suits you. No more manual copying at the end of the month.

  • Advice and tool selection

    Which database, which reporting tool, what it really costs and what you do not need at all. I assess independently what fits your size, and then build it myself.

Two days: a conversation, a look into your systems, a written concept with architecture, tools, costs and timeline. Credited in full if you go ahead with the setup.

Reporting setup

Database, connection of your sources, data model, one to three dashboards, documentation and training. Fixed price depending on the number of sources, agreed upfront.

Support

€350 per month

Monitoring, small adjustments, reply within one working day. So reporting keeps running when your systems change. Minimum term six months.

All prices plus VAT. Licences for database, connectors and Power BI are held by the client.
